• Assistant Manager-Enterprise Development, 1 Post, Pay/Salary: Rs.26000/- per month, Qualification: BBA / Graduate / MBA in Operations Management/Business Management/Marketing/Agri-Business/ Rural Management/Social Entrepreneurship/ Social Science, Experience: 5 years
• Coordination Officer, 1 Post, Pay/Salary: Rs.26000/- per month, Qualification: PG in Social Science/ MSW/ MBA in Rural Development/PG /Master in Sociology, Experience: 5 Years
• Compliance Auditor, 1 Post, Pay/Salary: Rs.13000/- per month, Qualification: Graduate. Inter ICWAI /ICAI /ICSI, Experience: 3-5 years
• Manager- Finance, 1 Post, Pay/Salary: Rs.26000/- per month, Qualification: Graduate and Inter ICWAI or  ICAI or ICSI, Experience: 5 years
• Manager-Financial Services, 1 Post, Pay/Salary: Rs.45000/- per month, Qualification: BBA / Graduate in Commerce / MBA with finance / PG Diploma in Banking or CAIIB, Experience: 8-10 years
